Seeking Experts for Assessing Foreign Defense Requirements and Evaluating U.S. and Allied Security Solutions

CRDF Global seeks a qualified offeror to conduct technical analyses of defense capability requirements and needs for partner nations seeking to modernize military forces, improve interoperability with the United States and allied partners, diversify defense procurement options, and reduce reliance on risky and destabilizing arms suppliers.

The anticipated Period of Performance shall be approximately 6 to 12 months from signing the contract. Specific start and end dates will be identified in the final award or task order.

The offeror shall provide research, analysis, technical expertise, and advisory support associated with defense modernization, capability development, defense procurement, and security cooperation activities. Analyses may address one or more partner countries, regions, or military capability domains.
