Summary
CRDF Global is seeking a Chemical Threat Preparedness Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support design and delivery of a three-day workshop in Rabat, Morocco, on December 9–11, 2025. The training will convene representatives from the Directorate General of Civil Protection (DGCP), the Directorate General of National Security (DGSN), and other relevant agencies to strengthen national preparedness and interagency coordination for chemical incident response. The SME will support participants in identifying vulnerabilities, aligning response protocols with international standards tailored to Morocco’s World Cup 2030 readiness context.
Scope
CRDF Global seeks a subject matter expert (SME) with demonstrated experience in chemical threat preparedness, emergency response training, and interagency coordination. The selected SME will support the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), which will serve as the lead technical implementer for this activity. Working under PNNL’s technical direction, the supporting SME will contribute to the design and delivery of the three-day, in-person advanced workshop titled “Improving Morocco’s Preparedness Against Chemical Threats (IMPACT)” in Rabat, Morocco, on December 9–11, 2025.
