Summary

CRDF Global is seeking at least one subject matter expert to lead engagements with partner governments and private sector stakeholders that engage with the Russian and Belarusian defense sectors. These engagements will be in the form of in-person trainings and workshops, one-on-one consultations, briefings, and leave behind materials.
The purpose of the engagements is to provide timely and in-depth support and foreign partner consultative services to ISN/CTR to assist U.S. government intervention to counter the Russian and Belarusian defense sector in response to the February 2022 invasion of Ukraine. Audiences will not be limited to the defense sector, but rather, all those that can foreseeably interact with Russian and Belarusian defense entities. Engagements will cover the current defense sanctions environment in an open-source, shareable format.

Scope

The expert(s) will carry out seven (7) unique, targeted, in-person trainings on Russian and Belarusian defense sector sanctions evasion tailored to relevant public and private sector bodies that conduct business with these entities and use relevant case studies in the following countries with up to 15 participants for each.
