CRDF Global is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform full-scope renovation of a designated training facility
at Kyiv Aviation Institute (KAI), Kyiv, Ukraine, to support the establishment of a Cybersecurity Training and
Practical Exercise Facility (“Cyber Range”).
The objective of this RFP is to select a Contractor responsible for delivering renovation services to create a
modern, safe, and fully functional training environment suitable for cybersecurity training, simulation exercises,
and technical operations.

CRDF Global, in collaboration with Ukrainian governmental and private sector stakeholders, is implementing a
Cyber Range to enhance cybersecurity workforce development and operational readiness.
The selected Contractor will renovate a designated facility at KAI, transforming it into a technical training
environment capable of supporting cybersecurity training, simulation exercises, and technical operations.
