CRDF Global Supports Western Balkans Digital Transformation Accelerator
CRDF Global was pleased to support and contribute to the Western Balkans Digital Transformation Accelerator in Skopje, North Macedonia; an event organized by the U.S. Department of State in cooperation with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) and funded through the Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership (DCCP).
The event brought together U.S. Government partners, Western Balkan government representatives, financing institutions, and leading U.S. and allied technology companies to address one of the region’s most important strategic issues: how to ensure that digital transformation is secure, trusted, financeable, and sustainable.
CRDF Global advocates that digital transformation is not only about infrastructure. It is about building the governance, cybersecurity, workforce, procurement, and operational resilience capabilities that allow governments to adopt trusted technologies with confidence.
Across the Western Balkans and the broader EUR/ACE region, CRDF Global is positioned as a top-tier implementer helping partners move from strategic ambition to practical capability, with support for:
- trusted digital infrastructure readiness
- cyber governance and risk management
- cloud security and data governance
- critical infrastructure and operational technology resilience
- AI governance and cybersecurity readiness
- CERT/SOC modernization
- cyber workforce development
- bankable digital resilience portfolios aligned with U.S. strategic priorities

The Accelerator demonstrated the power of aligning U.S. digital diplomacy, trusted technology, financing instruments, and implementation capacity.
CRDF Global also brings the practical know-how to help governments translate strategic priorities into bankable digital resilience projects- structured, fundable, implementable, and aligned with trusted technology and U.S. policy objectives.
CRDF Global is proud to help advance this agenda by supporting partners in building digital ecosystems that are secure, resilient, interoperable, and sustainable.
The next frontier for the Western Balkans is not simply digital modernization. It is trusted digital resilience.
