Michael Dignam is the Chief Executive Officer of CRDF Global, a role he has held since 2016.

Prior to joining CRDF Global, Michael served as President and CEO of PAE, a provider of global logistics and services supporting the US and allied partner governments in over 60 countries. He led the company through the divestiture of the business from Lockheed Martin in 2011 and the identification and sale to Lindsay Goldberg, a leading private equity firm. As President and CEO, Michael developed and executed a growth strategy that tripled the business; creating a $2 billion global mission services company with more than 15,000 employees in over 60 countries and 100 locations in the U.S. He later served as Vice Chairman of the Board for PAE and continues as an affiliate partner for Lindsay Goldberg overseeing the federal services market. Prior to his role with PAE, Michael served in a variety of leadership and executive management positions over the course of 15 years within Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems & Global Solutions (IS&GS), which provided integrated information solutions, cyber solutions, and services in support of worldwide missions for civil, defense; intelligence and other government customers.

He is known among his peers and former staff members as a creative and energetic leader. With a deep commitment to international social and economic issues, he  has served as Chairman Emeritus of the Corporate Council on Africa Board of Directors, as a member of the Boulder Crest Retreat Board of Directors, and several organizations in the government services industry focused on security and technology.
