CRDF Global is seeking proposals from experienced organizations to conduct detailed research on the cryptocurrency regulatory environment of multiple countries in Africa.

CRDF Global is seeking proposals from organizations with expertise in cryptocurrency regulation, anti-money laundering (AML), counterproliferation finance (CPF), and blockchain analytics to conduct research on and produce a detailed report on the cryptocurrency regulatory environment of Kenya, Nigeria, and Seychelles. The Contractor should be able to synthesize primary and secondary sources, including local contacts to produce the research. Research should be focused on pertinent court cases, success stories, risks, gaps, and recommendations for each country’s cryptocurrency industry. The research should be synthesized with general recommendations for other countries in Africa that have fledgling cryptocurrency industries and high rates of adoption. The research should also focus on case studies and lessons learned that can be shared with an audience in the public and private sector African cryptocurrency industry.
