Chernivtsi Welcomes the 33rd Session of the National Cybersecurity Cluster

The National Cybersecurity Cluster continues its mission to unite Ukrainian and international cyber communities to strengthen the cybersecurity sector.
On July 29-30, the platform’s regional meeting was held in Chernivtsi. The event was organized by CRDF Global and the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), with support of Global Affairs Canada.
Over 100 participants focused on the theme of “Cybersecurity Cooperation at the International and Interregional Levels.” Discussions at the event included:
• The Tallinn Mechanism: A platform to coordinate international donor assistance to enhance Ukraine’s cyber resilience.
• Specifics of cooperation with international donors.
• Coordination of technical assistance and regulatory barriers.
A special feature of the event was a WarGame session on crisis communications, facilitated by the Center for Countering Disinformation under NSDC.
The meeting also strengthened international cooperation through consultations on creating a regional cyber alliance involving Ukraine, Romania, and Moldova. This alliance aims to jointly counter cyber and hybrid threats from the aggressor country.
Events like this are crucial for developing inter-regional connections, deepening international cooperation, and forming a unified cyber ecosystem.
