WHAT IS REDOX?

  • REDOX is CRDF Global’s solution for high-quality integrated remote learning.
  • This model combines asynchronous learning such as pre-recorded modules, synchronous engagements such as live expert discussion or webinar sessions, and online or in-person exercises with leading experts to apply new knowledge and skills.
  • Using a customized e-learning platform, REDOX maximizes participant engagement, reinforces knowledge and skills, and allows us to access regions where travel is impractical or cost-prohibitive.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

 

REMOTE TRAINING

  • We partner with diverse, highly-qualified subject matter experts and in-country colleagues to develop training curricula, materials, and knowledge assessments for each target audience.
  • Our team professionally records and edits video modules, subtitles, and translated them into the local language, and adds them to the REDOX Learning Management System (LMS). 
  • Participants complete learning modules at their own pace either online or using materials delivered directly to them.

EXPERT DISCUSSION

  • Throughout the course, participants submit questions to the international subject matter experts and engage with each other through discussion boards or other channels.
  • In-country partners host live expert discussion sessions throughout the course for participants at convenient, centralized locations, or for access from their homes and offices
  • Experts answer questions from participants via web-conference or phone, and address topics, concerns, and vulnerabilities specific to their organizations, agencies, or countries.

ONLINE/ ON-SITE EXCERCISES

  • At the conclusion of the course, in-country partners bring participants together a final time for practical tabletop exercises, mock assessments, hands-on demonstrations, or red team simulations to apply the knowledge and skills gained.
  • International experts guide participants via web-conference along with local partners, lead discussion, and conduct a final debrief session.
  • Following the exercises, participants complete action plans and evaluation surveys, receive training certificates, and engage in ongoing dialogue through the REDOX LMS
  • Experts may also lead online exercises using a specialized virtual tabletop exercise platform, which participants can access from their homes or offices.

WHERE DOES REDOX WORK?

 

Everywhere.

  • The REDOX model is designed for global deployment and is especially useful for regions where travel is impractical or cost-prohibitive.
  • High-quality translation and interpretation ensure that CRDF Global can reach the widest range of audiences.
  • To overcome internet connectivity issues, the REDOX LMS can be used where network bandwidth is low. 
  • In addition to the online platform, CRDF Global and local partners distribute all training material via USB flash drive, and provide phone and SMS-based participation options for the live expert sessions.

 

CONTINUOUSLY EXPANDING LIBRARY OF RECORDED MODULES, CONTINUOUSLY SHRINKING COSTS

 

  • With each REDOX actvitiy that CRDF Global conducts where recorded modules are created, the library of content grows.
  • Since REDOX courses are modular, customers can deploy various combinations of trainings for different audiences at a moment’s notice.
  • Over time, REDOX generates significant cost savings as modules are already recorded, translated, and customized for particular regions and sectors.
