Director, Growth Security Assistance

Khaled Bakleh brings two decades of experience working with private and nonprofit organizations focusing on business development, policy reform, program design and execution for multi-donor international security and development organizations. In his current role, he is responsible for leading market growth and expansion strategies for CRDF Global’s CBRNE clients, cultivating new customer relationships, establishing strategic partnerships, and contributing to organizational growth. Throughout his career at CRDF Global, Khaled has held positions leading a complex portfolio of initiatives with US, UK, and Canadian government agencies, focusing on CBRNE security operations in the most challenging political, social and economic environments in the Middle east, North Africa and South East Asia.Prior to joining CRDF Global, Khaled was the Middle East director for the Center for International Private Enterprise where he oversaw operations in the MENA region.  He oversaw a team of MENA experts working in a variety of areas, including capacity building of civil institutions, economic & public sector reform, political party development, entrepreneurship, journalism and media. Khaled is certified nonprofit executive (Institute of Organization Management) and is fluent in English, Arabic and Russian.
