CRDF Global is seeking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to participate in projects related to countering the use of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) for targeted political outcomes and countering state-based disinformation campaigns that seek to undermine nonproliferation norms. Projects will engage participants with a variety of professional backgrounds, including policy analysis, applied sciences, journalism, and government functions.
Selected SMEs will participate in developing and delivering content related to topics that may include the use of WMD for targeted political outcomes, the formal and informal roles that government and civil society stakeholders may play in responding to such attacks, and strategic communications in contested information environments. SMEs will work closely with CRDF Global staff to create tailored content for specific audiences. SMEs may be asked to assist with additional tasks that could include participant identification and recruitment, background research, proposal writing and review, or the development and facilitation of interactive exercises.
