Seeking Subject Matter Experts in Dual-Use Technology & WMD Proliferation

CRDF Global is seeking subject matter experts to support projects in our Biosecurity Engagement and CN-TECH Programs. These projects will address issues of:

1) Insider threats and foreign recruitment, 2) bolstering desired international norms for science cooperation that prevent the transfer of WMD-applicable technologies, data, and 3) cooperative research information availability and associated dual-use concerns. SME applicants with experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

  • Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or advanced biological research with dual-use potential which may be applied to WMD development and proliferation
  • Corporate risk auditing, research data governance, information security and institutional compliance
  • Emerging technologies and dual use knowledge and technology, such as:
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI) & sub-fields
    • Biotechnology
    • Synthetic biology
    • Genetics/Genomics
    • Bioinformatics & Computational Biology
    • Microprocessor/High Performance Computing
    • Quantum Information
