CRDF Global is seeking subject matter experts (SMEs) with experience developing and delivering instruction and hands-on training to law enforcement and first response agencies on best practices to prevent and response to chemical incidents. The SME will travel to Rabat, Morocco to support a 3-day workshop for up to 27 law enforcement, government, and first responder stakeholders. This engagement will support Moroccan government leadership efforts to build effective law enforcement, first responder, and civilian capabilities to plan for and respond to chemical incidents, promote information exchange and coordination for incident response across sectors, and develop action or contingency plans. The SME will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating chemical incident response plans.
