Seeking Experts on Risk Based Defense Procurement Best Practices (RFP-21-2021).

CRDF Global is seeking subject matter experts (SMEs) specializing in research and analysis related to nonproliferation and defense procurement in the East Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, or Middle East North Africa regions. In collaboration with other experts identified by CRDF Global, the expert(s) will co-lead a series of five (5) high-level workshops for senior government officials. The workshops will empower participants to identify risks when procuring military goods and services and disrupt Chinese and Russian defense sectors efforts to gain access to advanced conventional weapons and their related technology and components. The primary stakeholders for these trainings will be public sector policymakers, defense acquisition officials, regulators, and representatives from Anti-Money Laundering offices and Financial Intelligence Units.

Proponents are allowed to submit their proposals as individual experts (physical persons) as well as entities/organizations, offering a single expert or a team of experts to cover the tasks of the assignment.
