Countering DPRK Cyberthreats: A Virtual Training for Financial Institutions in Mongolia

CRDF Global is seeking Subject Matter Experts (SME) with experience working at the intersection of cybersecurity and financial services to develop and deliver a four-day webinar for executives, managers, information technology, and cybersecurity personnel at private sector financial institutions in Mongolia. The workshop is intended to train participants on how to prevent and mitigate cyberattacks from the Democratic Republic of Korea (DPRK) that seek to generate revenue for its weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and ballistic missile programs. The Contractor is expected to be able to train participants on case studies of DPRK cyberattacks, improving cyber threat awareness, best practices for cybersecurity, the tactics, techniques, and procedures used by DPRK-affiliated cyber actors, and develop hands-on/interactive exercises for participants.
