CRDF Global’s capacity-building programming includes trainings, workshops, meetings, webinars, and other engagements for stakeholders in academic, research, private, and governmental sectors focused on securing dual-use research, knowledge, materials, and data from being misused, stolen, or diverted. CRDF Global seeks to expand this capacity-building programming for key sectors (below) in specific countries in Latin America (below). CRDF Global is seeking Consultants with experience, knowledge of, and connections within key sectors in order to conduct effective capacity-building programming in Latin America.

Scope

For any/all of the sectors in any/all of the countries listed, CRDF Global seeks information on Consultants to
conduct any/all of the tasks below:

  • Facilitate introductions for CRDF Global with key stakeholders
  • Assist CRDF Global in establishing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist CRDF Global with identifying key stakeholders for specific capacity-building engagements
  • Conduct outreach to key stakeholders to facilitate participation in CRDF Global’s capacity-building
    engagements
  • Provide briefings to CRDF Global on topics of interest, perceptions, or other considerations for key
    stakeholders in order to inform capacity-building engagements
